In more ways than one, the ‘80s was an ugly decade. Outdated state laws penalize people with HIV for behaviors that cannot transmit the virus.
Laws have not kept up with the science. So we created an OOH awareness campaign that used an ‘80s aesthetic to highlight the fact that these laws
